Booking Information:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking with the balance being payable 6 weeks before arrival.
• A refundable £100 damage deposit is required, this is refundable subject to no damages/breakages.
• A €50 cleaning charge is also payable on arrival.

Prices:

• October - April £140.00.
• May, June & September £180.00.
• July & August £220.00.

All prices are for the apartment on a per week basis.
